De taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:

• Ontwikkelen en schrijven van HR-beleid: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van diverse beleidsstukken, waaronder beleid rondom de beoordelings- en evaluatiecyclus, taakbelasting van docenten en een opleidingsbeleid.
• Begeleiden van HR-projecten: Je leidt en coördineert verschillende HR-gerelateerde projecten, gericht op het ontwikkelen, implementeren en optimaliseren van de HR werkprocessen en procedures.
• Adviseren bij complexe HR-vraagstukken: Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor de HR manager en ondersteunt bij het oplossen van complexe vraagstukken.
• Implementeren van verbeteringen: Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe en verbeterde processen en beleidslijnen goed worden doorgevoerd en draagt bij aan een soepele overgang naar meer gestandaardiseerde HR-praktijken.

Wie zoeken wij?
Wij zoeken een HR-professional met een scherp analytisch vermogen en de capaciteit om strategische doelstellingen te vertalen naar concreet beleid. Daarnaast ben je hands-on en weet je complexe HR-projecten succesvol te leiden en afronden. Daarnaast beschik je over:

• Je bent in het bezit van een HBO diploma, bij voorkeur in de richting van HRM, bedrijfskunde of een soortgelijke relevante opleiding.
• Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring met het opstellen van HR-beleid, bij voorkeur in een onderwijs- of overheidsomgeving.
• Uitstekende vaardigheden in het schrijven van beleid en het implementeren van HR-processen.
• Je hebt een sterk ontwikkeld analytisch vermogen en bent in staat om complexe vraagstukken te vertalen naar werkbare oplossingen.
• Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Papiamento is een pré.
• Ervaring met het personeelsinformatiesysteem AFAS is een pré.

The UA traces its roots back to 1988 when the start of the Faculty of Law (FdR) marked the beginning of the UA’s academic growth. In 1993, the Faculty for Accounting, Finance, and Marketing (FEF) started which is now the largest faculty of the UA, followed by the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management Studies (FHTMS) in 2005. The UA’s most recent addition is the Faculty of Arts and Science (FAS) which began in 2009. In the coming years, the UA hopes to continue its expansion by offering cutting-edge degree programs to both local and international students.
